We do not require you to create an account, log in with an email address, or provide any personal identification to use Tripoa. Specifically:

• No Account Data: We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or credentials.
• No Analytics or Tracking SDKs: We do not embed Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or any ad networks.
• No Advertising Identifiers: We do not access or collect Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers).
• No Server Logs: We maintain no backend servers capable of logging your IP address or request payloads.

2. On-Device Storage (SwiftData)

All your travel destinations, flight/transit numbers, hotel bookings, custom packing lists, notes, and itinerary schedules are stored locally on your device via Apple's SwiftData framework. This data resides within your device's protected application sandbox.

3. iCloud Synchronization (CloudKit)

If you have iCloud enabled on your Apple device, Tripoa synchronizes your travel data across your personal devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro) utilizing Apple's CloudKit Private Database:

• Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest by Apple.
• Data is stored in your private iCloud container, accessible solely by your Apple Account.
• As the developers of Tripoa, we have absolutely no technical ability to access, decrypt, or view your private iCloud records.

4. Location Services & MapKit

Tripoa utilizes Apple's native MapKit and CoreLocation frameworks to assist you with destination search, route overview, and Apple Maps navigation:

• Location searches are processed natively on-device and through Apple's privacy-preserving location APIs.
• Your geographic coordinates are never transmitted to any third-party analytics or external server.
• You can disable location permissions at any time in iOS/iPadOS/macOS Settings without losing core trip scheduling abilities.

5. Widgets and App Intents

When using Lock Screen/Home Screen Widgets or Siri / Shortcuts integrations:

• Widget data snapshots are shared securely within your device's isolated App Group container (group.com.tripoa.app).
• App Intents execute locally via on-device Swift runtimes and do not ping external APIs.

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have absolute sovereignty over your data:

• Immediate Deletion: Deleting a trip or packing list inside Tripoa triggers a complete cascade deletion from local storage and sends a delete mutation to your CloudKit container.
• App Removal: Uninstalling Tripoa purges all local sandbox databases. You can manage or delete iCloud synced files anytime via your device's iCloud Storage Settings.

Because we collect zero personal data, Tripoa inherently satisfies the stringent requirements of:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
